T h e   S c a l l o p    

The cottage has three bedrooms and two full baths on the first floor.  The bedrooms contain a king-size bed, a double bed and two twin beds.  There is also a den on the first floor, with a sleep sofa and a small TV/VCR and sliding glass doors leading to the back deck overlooking Hither Creek.  The washer and dryer are in a utility room on the first floor.

The second floor features a spacious living room and kitchen/dining area.  The living room has a beautiful ocean view and opens onto a second-story deck with the same great view.  The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooking island, a dishwasher and ample counter space.  The living room includes an armoire equipped with a large television, DVD player and a stereo with a tape deck and CD player.

The yard features a large lawn.  There is a deck and patio furnished with comfortable chairs for relaxing and outdoor dining while overlooking Hither Creek and the dunes.  The cottage also has an outdoor shower and an outside storage closet.
